It is founded in May, 2007 in Xishan Economic Development District .It is a professional science and technology innovation park. This park’s “science technology community” mainly orientation is R&D center、high new technology enterprises with innovation and creative.
The purpose of establishing this park is to change the way of economic growing, participate in international competition, establish own brand, international service, science and technology innovation, develop top-of-the-line technology in order to have three changes, that is change investment-driven into innovation-driven, change manufacture produce into design produce, change resource dependence into science and technology support, maintaining science and technology development.
