Found in 1937, Wuxi Pacific Group Co., Ltd is one of Chinese major production bases of yarn dyed fabric and also the vice-president unit of China Cotton Textile Industry Association. We have the ability of dyeing, weaving and finishing techniques, coordinated producing abilities. We are capable of cheese ( beem )dyeing, shuttle-less weaving, functional finishing and other high-tech means, as well as using CAD, ERP managing assistant system, we have developed manufacturing equipment, exquisite technology, integrated Quality Management System and excellent staff. We had been granted ISO9002:94 Quality System Certificate, ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certificate and specially the internationally accepted OKO-TEXSTANDARD 100 certificate.
Wuxi pacific group is located in the Shitangwan Industrial Park of Huishan District which is only 15.6 kilometers away from downtown. It covers over 33 acres, which contains 60 thousand square meters building area. There are three main work shops in the new factory: dyeing, weaving, and finishing, together with some sewage treating equipments. The total investment is about RMB270 millions. We brought in some latest dyeing, weaving and finishing equipments, and the sewage treating equipments which cost more than RMB30 millions. It enables our annual output up to 18 million meters of yarn dyed fabric. There are also a series of installation allocated in the new factory buildings.
Pacific Group has a long history in yarn dyed fabric producing with well fame. We export our product to more than 50 countries in the world. As the first-chosen fabric sources of famous brands home and abroad, our yarn dyed fabric has three successions: functional fabric, new fabric, and suit fabric. Functional fabric succession includes quick-drying and moisture absorbent, shrink-proof and wrinkle-resistant, Teflon, antibacterial and deodorizing, radiation protection, anti-ultraviolet, anti-flaming; New fabric includes recycled PET special flannel, natural stretch fabric, interlaced fabrics, Jacquard fabrics; Suit fabric succession includes pure cotton of various patterns, CVC, T/C yarn-dyed poplin, oxford fabric, and chambray.
